As CEO of Tahira Services, Fazlin’s vision is for it to become a Digital Cross Borders eCommerce Agri Cloud Platform between Malaysia, ASEAN and Hubei Province, People Republic of China.
He has more than 25 years as a corporate professional and cultivated proven track records of reversing negative sales trends, controlling costs, automating processes, maximizing productivity and delivering profit for telco companies like Nokia, ZTE, Huawei, and Alcatel- Lucent . At Huawei, Fazlin was the first Malaysian assigned as Lead Negotiator and Government strategic engagements. He spent five years (2009-2014) as Managing Director for Alcatel – Lucent, managing Malaysia’s office with an average revenue of Rm 300 million annually.
Prior to Tahira, he spent 3 years with Celcom Axiata and the Axiata Group in special projects strategizing and developing pipeline digitalization transformation business across Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia valued at RM 5 billion .
